How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Generally you will get your items in 6-10 days after your order has been processed. In most cases, the items are received in 7 business days; however we named 15 days in case of delays. If you need a rush delivery, like UPS/DHL, you need to pay extra $25 per piece, then you will get your items in 3-5 days.


How do I contact online service after payment was made?

You can contact us via email. All inquiries are answered within 12 Hours. If you have not heard from us, please check your Spam Mail.


Do we issue refunds or exchanges?

There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong bag or wrong size bags was received. Ex: Ordered color blue, received color red (based on tags). If you received wrong items, or you find any quality problem, you may return your items within 5 days since the Receipt date. Well the items need to be under intact. Please make sure to send back all accessories (including the box), otherwise the exchange will be ignored.


My credit card was declined, now what?

There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction.
The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If so, please try again with the right billing address.
While at the mean time, A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code (the security number on the back of your credit card).

Why your website says my package was delivered, but I have not received anything yet?

Its just an order status for us, it means your items have been shipped out, you will get your items in 5 days.
